TO ORDER
To order a product, go to the configurator where you can put together your vest, shirt, pants or undercoat. After compiling and choosing any options, you can then click on the “Checkout” button. At the top right of the page you see the shopping cart. If you open this you can remove and / or add products. Configuration and ordering is only possible for existing customers.
The ordering process then consists of three steps: enter shipping address, then billing address and finally you can view the total overview including any shipping costs. If you have previously selected your address as a “Fast Checkout address”, go directly to the overview. Finally, the payment follows, with a choice of a number of payment methods. After payment you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
All mentioned prices include VAT.
PAY
Credit card: Visa and MasterCard. You can securely enter your credit card information via our secure SSL procedure. Together with your credit card company, we ensure correct handling. Your credit card will be charged the moment you confirm your order.
GIFTCARDS
You can only use our gift card for purchases at an appointment in our showroom with one of our ambassadors. Gift cards can be requested online via contact@carbonellasuits.be.
RETURN
Carbonella Suits does not allow returns unless the recorded sizes differ from the delivered product. If the measurements are correct, but a small adjustment needs to be made, then Carbonella Suits is ready to make these adjustments free of charge by appointment. If the sizes do not match the order, we will order the purchased product again free of charge for you.
