Cancellation
Appointment cancellations must be communicated by email to contact@carbonellasuits.be or administratie@carbonellasuits.be at the latest 72h before the appointment
If the cancellation occurs after 72 hours before the start of the appointment or you do not show up, a no-show fee of € 250 will be charged.
Information
Requesting information during your appointment regarding our range, styles and what your wishes are is perfectly possible and COMPLETELY FREE. This is a process that takes about 10-15 minutes. Here the fabrics are presented, final results of actual wedding suits, general tailor-made suits, shirts, cardigans, jackets, etc. are shown. The standard prices and options are also explained.
Composition
After the information round, the customer decides whether a suit may be put together. The assembly of a complete package takes about +/- 1.30h. After approval to start the composition, the customer will be able to make a choice in the number of options taken at the end of this process. At the end of this composition, the order and payment of the composite suit under vest and / or shirt are transferred.
